Each year, The Giving Day Fund raises $250,000 and more, from hundreds of alumni, parents and friends which provides the Student Scholarship Fund the opportunity for students to further their education at Smith University.

GIVING DAY CHALLENGES
President's Challenge: For every gift made by Smith University alumni or Smith University Staff, President Ferraro, PhD., will add $50 to the College's endowment.
Scholarship Challenge: Every gift received during Giving Day will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $10,000 by George Lucas '17.
Decade Challenge: If 150 alumni from the classes of 2000-2009 make a gift, John English and Tom Christensen will each donate $50 up to to a total of $5,000
